Unable to connect with TLS encryption laravel 5.4

How to slove 

Go to you .env file 

Provide you detais like

MAIL_DRIVER=smtp
MAIL_HOST=smtp.gmail.com
MAIL_PORT=587
MAIL_USERNAME=user@gmail.com
MAIL_PASSWORD=**************

then go to config/mail.php file
